A Splash of Winter Snow in Early March

Old Vic building, Victoria University, Toronto

The snow came back yesterday to remind us that winter in Toronto is not yet over. I could not resist but take the time to walk around the campus where I work and capture images of the beauty around me. By noon the snow had mostly gone and what remained for me was the memory of a good start to a Friday morning. Sometimes it pays to get to work early.

The robin vigilantly waiting for spring!

If I had to pick a favourite, it would be the one with the big tree in the centre and the college off to the right, followed by the black and white one, followed by the robin, followed by….impossible to pick just one! Here on the west coast, where I live, we had a sunny, spring day today. Looking at these photos almost makes me wish for snow…but not really, ha ha. Thanks for sharing these, they are beautiful.

Beautiful photos, Emanuel, the man with poetic eyes and fingers, so generous in his sharing of beauty that comes his way.
